What You’ll Do
- Meet with members virtually to discuss available programs and options.
- Learn about each member’s needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
- Explain information clearly and answer questions along the way.
- Guide members through applications, documentation, and enrollment.
- Follow up with members and provide ongoing assistance when needed.
- Keep client information accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Provide a professional and dependable experience in every interaction.
