Key Responsibilities
Assist members with benefit enrollment, eligibility verification, and required documentation
Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance
Respond to client questions regarding coverage, policies, and available benefit programs
Coordinate appointments and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
Evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate coverage options using our Needs Analysis system
Explain policy features, enrollment procedures, and available benefits clearly
Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional ongoing service
