About the Role
As a Client Support & Benefits Specialist, you will work with individuals who need help understanding their available benefit options. Your focus will be on communication, education, follow-up, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process.
You will receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and support from experienced leaders.
Daily Tasks
- Speak with clients by phone or virtual meeting
- Provide general information about available products and services
- Answer questions related to current or requested coverage
- Review client needs and help identify suitable options
- Maintain accurate notes and client records
- Follow up with clients to ensure they receive proper support
- Stay updated on product changes, service updates, and company procedures
- Work with leadership to improve client experience and efficiency
