Entry Level - Customer Service (Work From Home)
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing a positive client experience.
As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefit options, answer coverage questions, and assist them throughout the process. This is a remote position with training and ongoing support provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with clients to discuss their needs and available options
- Provide clear information about products, services, and coverage
- Respond to client questions and provide ongoing assistance
- Review existing benefit information with clients
- Help identify solutions based on individual circumstances
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Keep up to date with changes to products, programs, and services
- Complete follow-ups and maintain organized client records
- Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals
