Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the Position
You’ll be the main point of contact for members who reach out looking for information about their coverage. Your role is to make the process simple, clear, and supportive. Day-to-day, you’ll:
Speak with members by phone or video to review their benefit options
Break down coverage details in a way that’s easy to understand
Answer questions and guide clients toward the right choices
Stay informed on all programs so you can provide accurate information
Review existing plans and identify opportunities to reduce costs
Keep organized notes and maintain a consistent level of service
Who You Are
Experienced in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
Naturally good at building rapport and communicating clearly
Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks
Professional, positive, and comfortable working directly with clients
Someone who enjoys learning and improving continuously
