Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with clear information about available products and services
  • Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account options
  • Stay informed on current programs, services, and updates
  • Review existing benefit plans to help identify more cost-effective solutions
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
