Responsibilities
Respond to members who have requested information about available coverage options
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Explain coverage and policy options using our Needs Analysis system
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
Maintain professional communication and provide ongoing client support
Participate in training and work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
