Your Role
As a Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with clients to provide information, answer questions, and help them better understand their available benefit options.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with clients and providing professional, responsive support
- Explaining available products, services, and coverage in clear terms
- Answering questions regarding existing and potential benefits
- Reviewing client needs and helping identify suitable options
- Staying informed about changes to available products and programs
- Maintaining accurate and organized client information
- Building positive, long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
