Responsibilities

• Assist clients by providing clear information about available products and services
• Answer questions regarding coverage options and account details
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay informed on evolving products, services, and benefit programs
• Review client needs and help identify cost-effective coverage solutions
• Follow company systems, training, and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
