What You’ll Do
- Provide clients with clear information about available products, coverage options, and benefits
- Respond to customer questions and deliver a positive, professional experience
- Stay knowledgeable on current products, services, and benefit programs
- Review client needs and help identify options that may improve coverage or reduce costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred
