What You’ll Do
As part of our remote team, you’ll provide members with information and support while guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Connect with members who are seeking benefit information and assistance.
- Review eligibility requirements and explain available programs.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide clear, timely answers.
- Follow up with members to address outstanding questions and next steps.
- Learn about individual needs and priorities through structured conversations.
- Present appropriate coverage options based on each member’s circumstances.
- Assist with enrollment forms and required documentation.
- Maintain professional and organized communication throughout the process.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about programs, products, and procedures.
- Work alongside team leaders and mentors to continually strengthen your skills.
