Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding benefit programs and available services
Answer questions about coverage in a clear and professional manner
Help clients understand their options and next steps
Review existing plans and identify suitable alternatives when appropriate
Stay informed about product, service, and program updates
Maintain accurate records and provide consistent follow-up
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
Previous customer service, sales, or client support experience is helpful but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Professional and positive approach to client interactions
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
