Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with clear, accurate information about programs and services

  • Address coverage questions and guide members through their options

  • Stay informed about updates to products and benefits

  • Review existing plans to help clients choose the most cost-effective solutions

What You Bring

  • Background in customer service, sales, or similar roles (an asset, not required)

  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships

  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

  • Positive, professional attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
