Responsibilities
Assist clients by explaining available products and services in a clear and helpful way
Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on coverage options
Stay up to date on company offerings to ensure accurate support
Review client plans regularly to help identify more efficient and cost-effective solutions
Qualifications
Background in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
Strong ability to build relationships and earn client trust
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
