Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule consultations with individuals who have requested information about their benefits
Present and explain insurance coverage options during virtual Zoom consultations
Assist clients with completing insurance applications
Participate in optional training sessions to continue developing product knowledge and professional skills
