Representatives focus on building long-term relationships with the individuals and families they assist, providing guidance and support through a convenient virtual process.
Responsibilities
Provide individuals with enrollment information and confirm eligibility for available programs
Manage inbound customer inquiries and respond to service-related questions
Return calls and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
Assist clients in reviewing coverage options that best meet their needs
Prepare and explain personalized coverage options using internal analysis tools
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay informed about program updates and services
