Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone
Schedule virtual appointments with individuals requesting information
Conduct Zoom appointments to explain available insurance products and benefit options
Answer questions and help clients understand available coverage
Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development sessions
