Key Responsibilities
Provide benefit enrollment materials and verify eligibility
Manage inbound customer service calls and follow-up requests
Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options with their best interests in mind
Create and explain customized coverage solutions using a structured needs-analysis process
Collaborate closely with leadership to stay informed on products, services, and policy updates
