Key Responsibilities

  • Provide benefit enrollment materials and determine client eligibility

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients who request information

  • Manage incoming customer service calls with professionalism

  • Direct and dispatch phone inquiries to the appropriate departments

  • Return customer calls promptly and maintain strong communication

  • Assist clients in understanding coverage options and advocate for their best interests

  • Create and explain personalized benefit plans using our Needs Analysis tools

  • Work closely with leadership to stay updated on new products, services, and company guidelines
