What You’ll Do
Assist clients with questions about products, services, and available coverage
Explain benefit information clearly and professionally
Help clients understand their options and determine appropriate next steps
Stay up to date on evolving products, programs, and services
Review existing coverage and identify more suitable or cost-effective options when available
Maintain accurate client information and provide consistent follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Positive, professional, and dependable
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
