As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for Benefits Representatives who are eager to develop their careers while making a meaningful difference for the people they assist.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients by explaining available benefit programs and answering questions about their coverage
Guide members through their options and help them better understand the protections available to them
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and program updates
Review benefit selections with clients and help identify solutions that align with their needs and budget
Deliver professional and responsive service while building long-term client relationships
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is considered an asset
Strong ability to establish trust and positive relationships with clients
Effective organizational and multitasking skills
Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
