Responsibilities
Provide enrollment materials and review eligibility requirements
Manage and respond to inbound customer service calls
Return client calls and ensure timely follow-up
Assist clients with coverage inquiries while prioritizing their needs
Prepare and present customized policy options using a structured needs analysis system
Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with leadership to stay informed on updated products and policies
