Key Responsibilities
Provide and explain benefit enrollment information while confirming eligibility
Manage inbound customer service calls and inquiries
Return calls and follow up with clients in a timely, professional manner
Respond to coverage requests while prioritizing clients’ needs and best interests
Design personalized coverage options using a structured needs analysis system
Stay informed on new products, services, and company updates through ongoing training and leadership support
