- Provide accurate, helpful information while maintaining a professional client experience
- Stay up to date on current plans, services, and internal resources
- Review client needs and help identify practical, affordable solutions
- Build positive relationships through clear and consistent communication
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a people-focused role is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
