About the Role
This role focuses on guiding members through the benefits available to them. You’ll help them understand their options, answer questions, and walk them through straightforward enrollment steps. Every interaction involves individuals who already have a link to the programs we represent.
Responsibilities
Review benefit information with members and confirm eligibility
Manage incoming calls and route them where they need to go
Follow up with members and respond to their inquiries
Clearly explain available benefit options and how they work
Create personalized recommendations using our internal systems
Stay informed on product updates and new procedures through ongoing training
